Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee client projects across consulting, branding, and IT disciplines. You'll lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, manage budgets, and maintain outstanding client relationships. This hybrid role is UK-based (37–40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple client projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate between consulting, design, and tech teams to ensure seamless project flow.
  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and progress reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Salary Range

£36,000 - £41,000

Annual salary based on experience and qualifications

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5+ years' project management experience in consulting, creative, or IT environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prince2, PMP, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Right to work in the UK; comfortable with hybrid working.
